Initial consultation fees of £150 is payable for a 30-minute consultation to assess your case.


ILR Long Residency (10 years) Route £1500

FAMILY ROUTE APPLICATIONS (APPENDIX FM/ARTICLE * £1250


POINT BASED APPLICATIONS (except entrepreneurial visa application) £1250

EMPLOYMENT LAW

Initial consultation fees of £150 is payable for a 30-minute consultation to assess your case.


We charge an hourly rate of £300; 

Employment matter up to Employment Tribunal, could range from £10,000  depending on various factors. This excludes costs due to third parties regarding your case. Fee for Barrister representation have not been taken into consideration in this fee and this can range from £1500 to £3,500 per day; for attending a preliminary, full or remedy hearing at the Tribunal.

There are circumstances or situations where we may agree to a Damage Based Agreement; also called “no-win-no-fee”.


GENERAL


The above are instances where fixed fees may be agreed. It is important to note that fees indicated above do not include monies payable as court fees, Home Office fees or fees to any other body. Any other such fees or costs are separately advised. Also please note that whilst it is possible for us to agree fixed fees in non-contentious matters, it might not always be possible to agree a fixed fee in contentious matters where more time will be spent on a client’s work.
